Service Description

The Discovery Call is an opportunity for us to have an initial conversation about coaching and how this can enable you to achieve your goals. It is about getting to know one another and building a rapport. The following areas will be covered during the session: - Introductions - background, career, interests - Overview of coaching and how it works - The clients goals (high level) - Stakeholder engagement - who does the client want involved (if anyone) in the process to receive feedback i.e. Line Manager - Coaching arrangements - time and frequency of coaching sessions.
