Emotional Intelligence Assessment
We use The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0), the world's leading measure of emotional intelligence, applying decades of research to support effective human performance and development. The EQ-i 2.0 is an online self-rating assessment tool, with the option of adding a multi-rater EQ 360 and a Group Assessment. The EQ-i 2.0 Assessment provides you with a detailed report, including your Total Emotional Intelligence score, areas of strength and potential areas for development. The report also includes a Well-Being Indicator that measures your level of happiness.
Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Emotional Intelligence coaching enables you to regain control of your life by developing a suite of emotional competencies to enable you to build relationships and teams, resolve conflict, solve problems, lead effectively and build resilience. Your EQ-i 2.0 Assessment will be used to identify individual emotional intelligence development opportunities. Together we will develop strategies to improve these areas. Each coaching session focuses on an emotional intelligence component that is impacting your life. We will explore behaviours, set goals and implement an improvement plan to enable you to develop your emotional intelligence skills.

Why focus on Emotional Intelligence?
Developing your emotional intelligence will improve your performance! It takes time and effort. However, it will lead to sustainable behaviour changes that will improve the way you manage yourself and the way you work with others.
People with higher emotional intelligence communicate effectively, form stronger relationships, and create powerful coping strategies.

Organisations that use emotional intelligence see measurable achievement, success in leadership development, and ultimately, enhanced financial performance as emotional intelligence is linked to:
-
Higher sales and profits
-
Increased performance
-
Improved customer satisfaction
-
Decreased attrition rates
-
Reduction in training costs

Employee Development
Assessing and evaluating an individual’s emotional intelligence can help establish the need for targeted development programs. This, in turn, can lead to dramatic increases in the person’s performance, interaction with others, and leadership potential.
The development potentials the EQ-i 2.0 identifies, along with the targeted strategies it provides, make it a highly effective employee development tool.
Recruitment & Retention
The EQ-i 2.0 can be used as a screening tool in hiring, leading to the selection of emotionally intelligent, emotionally healthy, and the most likely successful employees.
Supplemented by other sources of information, such as interviews, the EQ- i 2.0 can make the recruitment and selection process more reliable and efficient.
A sound recruiting process leads to higher retention rates and reduced turnover which can result in significant cost savings, improved employee effectiveness and increased morale.
Higher
Education
Interpersonal Skills and Emotional Expression are the most easily developed skills and can be foundational in a student's future success.
Independence, Impulse Control and Reality Testing are areas of struggle for many students. Everything is prescribed and comes with instructions which becomes counterproductive when students graduate and are encouraged to be independent.
The ability for a student to be self-aware and do something with information, means students are being taught how to navigate the social and workplace setting of their future in a very positive way.
